OverviewMy current research field is mainly microfluidics and particle/cell separation. As a part my M.Sc. thesis, I designed and fabricated a microfluidic device in order to separate human white blood cells (WBCs) from whole blood. High efficiency, fast processing time, label-free, and non-invasive WBC isolation from large blood samples without the needs of centrifugation, RBC lysis, cell biomarkers, and chemical pre-treatments, makes my microfluidic platform an ideal choice for downstream cell study subjects.
My aim is to share my research experience and findings with the readers on this website. |
